RR Rexicare Soft Clay Gel Pack Back-CL5707

A reusable hot/cold back pack filled with pliable clay-gel that molds to the lumbar and mid-back contours for targeted comfort. The flexible pouch stays soft straight from the freezer and distributes warmth evenly after gentle heating, making it a dependable choice for everyday aches, post-activity soreness, or desk-related stiffness.

Benefits:
- Provides cold therapy that helps reduce swelling and soothe acute strains after activity.
- Delivers soothing heat to relax tight muscles and ease stiffness during daily routines.
- Clay-gel core stays flexible when chilled and releases heat gradually for consistent coverage.

- Cold use: Place the pack inside a protective bag and freeze for 1–2 hours. Wrap in a thin cloth and apply to the back for up to 20 minutes. Allow the skin to return to normal temperature before repeating.
- Heat use: Warm in a microwave on low power in 15–20 second intervals. After each interval, remove carefully, knead to distribute heat, and test on the inner wrist.
