RR Rexicare Soft Cold/Hot Gel Pack Back-SP7212

A large, soft gel back pack designed for lumbar and lower-thoracic coverage. The pliable gel conforms closely to the body, delivering even cold or warm therapy across a broad area.

Benefits:
- Broad coverage helps treat larger muscle groups for balanced relief across the lower back.
- Works as cold therapy for acute strains or post-activity flare-ups and as warm therapy for everyday stiffness.
- Soft, flexible gel maintains skin contact and distributes temperature evenly.

- Cold use: Freeze 1–2 hours inside a protective bag. Place a thin cloth between pack and skin. Secure the strap around the shoulder and apply for up to 20 minutes.
- Heat use: Microwave on low power in 10–15 second bursts, kneading and testing temperature between bursts.
