Polygynax Vaginal Capsules are a broad-spectrum antimicrobial treatment designed to address vaginal infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. The combination of the ingredients provides effective coverage against both bacterial and fungal pathogens.

Main Ingredients & Their Benefits:
- Neomycin Sulfate: An aminoglycoside antibiotic that is effective against various gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria.
- Polymyxin B Sulfate: A polypeptide antibiotic that disrupts the cell membrane of gram-negative bacteria.
- Nystatin: An antifungal agent that binds to sterols in fungal cell membranes, causing leakage of cellular contents.
