- Apply a generous amount to dry or wet skin at least 30 minutes before sun exposure, holding the spray no more than 5 cm from the skin.
- Make sure to spread it evenly until fully absorbed.
- Reapply every 2 hours, regardless of whether the skin is wet or dry, and always reapply after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.
- Using too little product will lower the level of sun protection.
