A multivitamin injectable formulated to prevent and treat vitamin deficiencies.

Indications:
- Prevention and treatment of Vitamin B1 deficiency.
- Prevention and treatment of Vitamin B6 deficiency.
- Prevention and treatment of Vitamin B12 deficiency.
- Restoration of Vitamin B complex levels.
- Supportive management of neuropathies.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1).
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6).
- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

Precautions:
- Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Vitamins B1, B6, B12, or any component of the formulation.
- Not recommended for children below 14 years of age.
- Vitamin B12 deficiency should be properly diagnosed before treatment initiation.
- Long-term use may require regular monitoring due to the risk of neuropathy associated with prolonged high-dose Vitamin B6 use.
- Use during pregnancy and lactation is not recommended unless prescribed by a healthcare professional.
- Breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment.
- Store refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Side Effects:
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Diarrhea and abdominal pain.
- Injection site reactions.
- Sweating and tachycardia.
- Skin reactions such as itching, urticaria, acne, or eczema.
- Reddish discoloration of urine.
- Hypersensitivity reactions.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Levodopa may have reduced therapeutic efficacy when used concomitantly with pyridoxine (Vitamin B6).
- Pyridoxine antagonists such as isoniazid, cycloserine, penicillamine, and hydralazine may decrease the efficacy of Vitamin B6.
- Loop diuretics such as furosemide may increase the elimination of thiamine (Vitamin B1).
- Long-term use of acid-lowering agents such as proton pump inhibitors and H2 blockers may contribute to Vitamin B12 deficiency.

- The usual dose is 1 ampoule administered by deep intramuscular injection, preferably into the gluteal muscle, as directed by a healthcare professional.
- The dosage frequency and duration of treatment depend on the patient’s medical condition and the physician’s recommendation.
