This crutch is a sophisticated walking aid designed to provide full weight-bearing support for individuals with mobility challenges due to various conditions such as nervous disorders, fractures, diseases, or injuries. It is particularly beneficial for those who require assistance while walking and helps improve their confidence and stability.

Benefits:
-The crutch allows users to move around more easily while reducing the weight placed on the injured limb.
-It features adjustable height settings, accommodating various user heights for optimal comfort and effectiveness.
-The forearm support design distributes weight evenly across the arm, reducing strain on the wrist and hand.
-Made from high-quality materials, it offers long-lasting use and reliability.
-Its lightweight construction makes it easy to handle and carry.

Main Ingredients & Their Benefits:
-Aluminum Alloy Frame: Lightweight yet strong, providing durability without adding excessive weight.
-Foam Padding: Used in forearm supports for comfort and shock absorption during use.
-Rubber Tips: Located at the bottom of each crutch to provide traction and prevent slipping.

Specifications:
-Product Dimensions: 99 x 25 x 11 cm
-Product Weight: 430 g

-Before using the crutch, it is essential to adjust its height. Stand up straight with your shoes on.
-Place the crutches under your arms and ensure that the top of the crutch is about 1-2 inches below your armpits.
-The handgrip should be at wrist level when your arms are hanging down by your sides. Adjust the height accordingly by loosening the adjustment knob or lever, moving it to the desired height, and then securing it back in place.
-Grip the handgrips firmly with both hands. Ensure that your wrists are straight and not bent while holding onto the grips.
Your elbows should be slightly bent (about 15-30 degrees) when holding onto the grips.
-To begin walking, position both crutches in front of you about one step length ahead.
-Shift your weight onto your stronger leg or foot while keeping your injured leg elevated off the ground.
-Push down on the handgrips as you move forward, bringing both crutches forward together.
-Step forward with your stronger leg, placing it between or just behind the crutches for balance.

-Precautions for usage:
-Navigating Stairs:
-When going up stairs, lead with your stronger leg first. Place it on the step above before bringing up both crutches.
When descending stairs, place both crutches down on the step below first, followed by stepping down with your weaker leg.
-Maintaining Balance:
-Always keep a steady grip on the handgrips and maintain an upright posture to prevent falls.
If you feel unstable, take a moment to regain balance before proceeding.
