Sodium citrate is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
Diphenhydramine relieve cough caused by minor throat or airway irritation.

Children 6-12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10ml). Dose to be repaeated every 6 hours. Not more than 4 doses should be given in any 24 hours. No to be used for children under 6 years.
