- Tilt your head sideways and gently insert the spray nozzle into the ear.
- Apply 1–2 sprays into each ear, as needed.
- Allow the solution to loosen earwax naturally; do not use cotton swabs immediately after.

- Rinse the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the cap.
