Indications:

- Treatment of hemorrhages, including those associated with surgery, trauma, or other medical conditions.
- Management of bleeding disorders, such as hematuria or metrorrhagia.

Precautions:
- Use with caution in patients with a history of thrombosis or thromboembolic disorders.
- Monitor patients for signs of hypersensitivity or allergic reactions.
- Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
- Not recommended for use in patients with acute porphyria.
