It shows high bioavailability without losing its biological activities as an anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, fibrinolytic, antioxidant and anti-infective agent.
Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, which are enzymes, it works by breaking down proteins into smaller fragments, thereby making them available for absorption into the blood.
Once absorbed, it increases blood supply in the affected area and reduces swelling.
Indications:
Painful Inflammatory Conditions associated with edema that can lead to increased risk of infection in the swelling area, decrease blood circulation, stiffness & pain, especially in Surgery:
• Prophylactic & Resorption of post-traumatic & post-operative oedema
• Swelling associated with pockets of infection (abscess)

• Caesarean section, episiotomy, exudative conditions of the female genital organs with a tendency to fibrosis & adhesion.
• Eye trauma, postoperative & vitreous hemorrhage.
