A long-acting hormonal injection used for the management of hormone-dependent conditions. It works by suppressing the production of specific hormones in the body to help control symptoms and disease progression.

Indications:
- Management of endometriosis, including relief of pelvic pain and reduction of endometriotic lesions.
- Management of recurrent endometriosis symptoms in combination with norethindrone acetate add-back therapy.
- Preoperative treatment of anemia associated with uterine fibroids in combination with iron therapy.
- Treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
- Treatment of central precocious puberty (CPP) in pediatric patients.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Leuprolide Acetate.

Precautions:
- Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to leuprolide acetate, GnRH agonists, or any component of the formulation.
- Contraindicated during pregnancy due to the risk of fetal harm.
- Use with caution in patients with osteoporosis or risk factors for bone loss.
- Caution is advised in patients with a history of seizures, psychiatric disorders, diabetes mellitus, or cardiovascular disease.
- Regular monitoring of hormone levels, blood glucose, and bone mineral density may be required during prolonged therapy.
- Patients should immediately report severe skin reactions, mood changes, or allergic reactions.
- Non-hormonal contraceptive methods should be used during treatment.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Side Effects:
- Hot flashes and excessive sweating.
- Headache or migraine.
- Mood changes, emotional instability, or depression.
- Nausea and vomiting.
- Dizziness.
- Decreased libido.
- Injection site pain, redness, or swelling.
- Weight gain.
- Fatigue and generalized weakness.
- Vaginal bleeding, discharge, or vaginitis.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Concomitant use with medications associated with seizure risk, such as bupropion or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), may increase the risk of seizures.
- Caution is advised when administered with medications that prolong the QT interval or affect cardiac rhythm.
- Concurrent use with hormonal therapies may alter the therapeutic response.
- Patients should inform their healthcare provider about all prescription medications, over-the-counter products, vitamins, and herbal supplements before starting treatment.
