Mixtard 30 Hm 100IU/ml Suspension 10ml is a premixed human insulin suspension containing 30% soluble human insulin and 70% isophane (NPH) human insulin. It combines faster and longer insulin action to help control blood sugar levels in people with diabetes.

Precautions:
- Use only as prescribed by your doctor.
- Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) may occur during treatment.
- Monitor your blood sugar regularly as directed.
- Before opening, store in a refrigerator at 2°C–8°C. Do not freeze.
- During use, store below 25°C for up to 6 weeks and do not refrigerate.
- Keep away from excessive heat and direct light.
- Do not use if the insulin has been frozen.
- Do not use if the suspension does not appear uniformly white and cloudy after proper resuspension.
- Keep out of reach of children.

- Administer by subcutaneous injection as directed by your doctor.
- Gently resuspend the insulin as instructed before each injection until uniformly white and cloudy.
