- Wash your hands thoroughly before handling the sinus rinse bottle and sachets.
- Fill the bottle with 240 ml (8 oz) of distilled, filtered, or previously boiled and cooled water.
- Add one sachet to the bottle.
- Secure the cap and shake gently until the contents are fully dissolved.
- Lean over a sink and tilt your head to one side.
- Place the bottle nozzle into the upper nostril.
- Squeeze the bottle gently to allow the saline solution to flow through your nasal passages and out the other nostril.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
- Blow your nose gently to clear any remaining solution and mucus.
- Clean the bottle and cap thoroughly after each use.
