A medicine used to reduce excess stomach acid and treat associated disorders. This medicine helps heal ulcers, prevent complications, and relieve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Indications:
- Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Treatment of erosive esophagitis.
- Short-term treatment of duodenal and gastric ulcers.
- Prevention of gastric ulcers caused by NSAIDs.
- Treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other pathological hypersecretory conditions.
- Helicobacter pylori infection.
- Esophagitis.
- Acid-related dyspepsia.
- Prevention of acid aspiration during general anesthesia.

Main active ingredients:
- Omeprazole 40 mg per ampoule.

Precautions:
- Use with caution in patients with severe liver failure.
- Long-term use may increase the risk of bone fractures.
- Monitor magnesium and vitamin B12 levels during long-term treatment.
- Tell your doctor about all of your medications. Other medications you are taking.
- Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only with a doctor's prescription.

Side effects:
- Headache or dizziness.
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain.
- Constipation, bloating, rash, or itching.
- Rarely, may cause allergic reactions, changes in liver enzymes, hypomagnesemia, or vitamin B12 deficiency with prolonged use.

Drug interactions:
- Increased risk of hypomagnesemia with diuretics.
- May increase INR and prothrombin time with warfarin.
- Increased risk of cardiotoxicity with digoxin.
- May increase plasma levels of benzodiazepines, clarithromycin, and methotrexate.
- Decreased absorption of itraconazole, ketoconazole, posaconazole, dasatinib, and iron salts.
- May prolong the elimination of diazepam, cilostazol, phenytoin, Cyclosporin.
- May reduce the antiplatelet effect of clopidogrel.
