A medication used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia by relaxing the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck. This reduces urinary problems.

Indications:
- Treats lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
- Treats symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
- Improves urine flow and reduces urinary retention.
- Helps relieve frequent or difficult urination associated with an enlarged prostate.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Tamsulosin Hydrochloride 0.4 mg.

Precautions:
- Hypersensitivity to Tamsulosin hydrochloride or any excipients.
- History of orthostatic hypotension.
- Severe hepatic insufficiency.
- Caution when driving or operating machinery due to possible dizziness.
- No relevant indication for use in children <18 years; safety and efficacy not established.

Side Effects:

- Weakness or fatigue.
- Postural hypotension.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
