A medication used to relieve dry, non-productive cough in infants and children by suppressing the cough reflex at its source.

Indications:
- Relief of dry, non-productive cough in children.
- Cough associated with pertussis.
- Suppression of cough during pre- and post-operative procedures such as bronchoscopy.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Butamirate Citrate.

Precautions:
- Use only as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Not suitable for children under 2 months of age.
-Avoid in children with known hypersensitivity to Butamirate Citrate or
any excipients.
- Should not be used for prolonged periods.
- Consult a doctor if the cough persists, is accompanied by fever, or produces mucus.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Avoid concurrent use with other cough medicines classified as expectorants.

- Shake well before use.
- Administer directly into the mouth or mix with a small amount of water.
- Infants 2 months–1 year: 10 drops (≈0.5 ml) 4 times daily.
- Children 1–3 years: 15 drops (≈0.75 ml) 4 times daily.
- Children over 3 years: 25 drops (≈1.25 ml) 4 times daily.
