Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the drops.
Tilt your head back slightly and pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
Hold the bottle upside down above your eye without touching it, and squeeze one drop into the pocket formed by your eyelid.

Repeat in the other eye if necessary, and replace the cap tightly after use.
