A medication used to reduce stomach acidity by inhibiting excessive acid secretion in the stomach.

Indications:
- Treatment of duodenal ulcers and prevention of recurrence.
- Management of Helicobacter pylori infections in combination therapy.
- Treatment of benign gastric ulcers caused by excess stomach acid.
- Management of NSAID-associated ulcers.
- Relief of symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
- Treatment of erosive esophagitis due to acid irritation.
- Management of pathological increased secretion conditions.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Pantoprazole 40 mg.

Precautions:
- Take as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration unless advised.
- Take the tablet before a meal at the same time each day.
- Swallow the tablet whole; do not break or chew.
- Consult your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- May interact with medications that require stomach acid for absorption, such as ketoconazole, atazanavir, or iron supplements.
- Can affect the effectiveness of drugs metabolized by liver enzymes CYP2C19 (e.g., clopidogrel).

- Adults: Take one tablet by mouth daily as directed.
- Take the medicine for at least 2–3 consecutive days.
- Do not exceed 4 weeks of treatment unless advised by your doctor.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water before eating.
- If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it is almost time for the next dose.
