- Start using at the first signs of dryness, sneezing, or other early symptoms.
- For adults in acute cases, spray 1 puff into each nostril 4–5 times daily. For adults as preventive use, spray 1 puff into each nostril 3–4 times daily.
- For children over 6 years, spray 1 puff into each nostril 3 times daily in acute cases and 2 times daily for preventive use.
- Continue using at least 3 days after symptoms subside.
