• Firmly hold a 40-50 cm piece of VITIS ® Soft waxed dental floss between your index and middle fingers on each hand, leaving about 2-3 cm free in the middle.
• Insert the floss between the teeth with a gentle sawing motion.
• When the floss reaches the edge of the gum, bend it against one of the teeth and slide it gently into the space between the gum and the tooth until you feel some resistance.
• Be careful not to force it so as not to damage the gums.
• Repeat these steps for all your teeth, using a separate piece of thread for each one.
