- Stand upright wearing your usual shoes.
- Adjust the stick so the handle is level with your wrist crease when your arm hangs relaxed at your side.
- Lock the adjustment pin securely in one of the 10 height levels.
- Hold the tetrapod on your stronger side.
- Move the stick forward together with your weaker leg, as instructed by your doctor/physio.
- Place the 4-leg base fully on the ground before putting weight on it.
- Walk slowly and avoid tilting the base to keep all four tips in contact with the floor.
