A topical analgesic ointment formulated to provide fast and effective relief from musculoskeletal pain. It works by generating warmth at the site of application, relaxing muscles, improving blood circulation, and reducing stiffness.

Indications:
- Back pain.
- Muscle pain.
- Joint pain.
- Sprains and strains.
- Knee pain.
- Sports injuries.
- Inflammatory pain associated with overexertion.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Diclofenac diethylamine (1.16% w/w).
- Methyl salicylate (10% w/w).
- Menthol (5% w/w).
- Turpentine oil (3% w/w).
- Base/Excipients.

Precautions:
- For external use only; do not ingest.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or broken/irritated skin.
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to salicylates, NSAIDs, or any component of the ointment.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years without medical advice.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women should use only under medical supervision.
- Discontinue if excessive irritation, redness, or allergic reaction occurs.

Side Effects:
- Local skin irritation (burning, stinging, redness).
- Allergic rash or itching.
- Contact dermatitis.
- Hypersensitivity reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing).

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Other topical NSAIDs or salicylates.
- Oral anticoagulants (warfarin).
- Other systemic NSAIDs.
- Corticosteroids.

- Apply a thin layer on the affected area 2-3 times daily.
- Massage gently until fully absorbed.
- Wash hands thoroughly after application (unless treating hands).
- Do not bandage tightly or apply heat (e.g., heating pad) over the treated area.
- If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, consult a physician.
