✅ General Conditions for All Returns

  1. Return Period: Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or receipt is required to process any return.
  3. Product Condition: Returned items must be:
    -Unopened and in their original packaging.
    -Not damaged or used.
    -In a resaleable condition (unless returned due to defect), in this case please contact client care at 22211100.
    -Electronics and high-value items: May require device inspection and approval.

Replacements or exchanges are not available for the following product categories:

-Medicines, Supplements, Honey, Baby Milk, and selected Body Support Products.
-Additionally, Pharmazone reserves the right to decline returns for certain items based on their condition and in accordance with our return policy.

  • Delivery within 60 minutes from the time the order.
  • 0.500 KD delivery charges for orders below 5 KD.
  • No delivery charges are applied on orders above 5 KD.

Our delivery network is operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week to serve our customers and their health.

Customers can pay for their orders online via:

  • Credit Card: Visa, Master and Amex.
  • Debit Card: K-net, KFast.
  • Other payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • K-net on Arrival.
