An antifungal oral gel used to treat fungal and yeast infections of the mouth and throat. It works by inhibiting the growth of Candida and other fungi, providing both local relief and antifungal action.
Indications:
- Oral thrush (oral candidiasis) caused by Candida albicans and other species.
- Secondary fungal infections due to denture use.
- Prophylaxis against oral fungal infections in immunocompromised patients.

Precautions:
- For oral use only do not swallow large quantities; keep in the mouth as long as possible for maximum effect.
- Not recommended for infants under 4 months of age due to choking risk.
- Caution in patients with liver impairment.
- Should not be used by patients with known hypersensitivity to miconazole or other imidazole antifungals.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Patients with diabetes should use with caution, as gel contains sugar (glucose).
