A pre-measured vaginal gel designed for smooth, sustained progesterone delivery, supports fertility treatment and menstrual balance through targeted local absorption.
Indications:
- Used to support pregnancy in women with a history of recurrent miscarriage or at risk of miscarriage.
- Luteal phase support during Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), such as IVF, especially in women with progesterone deficiency.
- Treatment of secondary amenorrhea (absence of menstrual periods), when lower strength gels are insufficient.
- Prevention of endometrial hyperplasia in postmenopausal women receiving estrogen therapy.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Progesterone.
Precautions:
- Do not use if you have undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, liver dysfunction, hormone-dependent tumors, or a history of blood clots.
- Monitor closely if you have depression, fluid retention, diabetes, asthma, heart, kidney, or neurological conditions.
- Maintain at least a 6-hour interval between this gel and other intravaginal products to avoid interference with absorption.
Side Effects:
- Vaginal irritation or itching.
- Mild vaginal bleeding or spotting.
- Headache.
- Abdominal pain or cramps.
- Nausea.
- Breast tenderness.
- Fatigue.
- Constipation or bloating.
Drug–Drug Interactions:
- Use caution with other hormone therapies or drugs affecting blood clot risk.
