1-Fix the bandage with one hand and place the outer side of bandage on the skin. 2-Unroll a sufficient length before beginning to wrap on the skin to allow the bandage to relax. Apply the first circle without tension.3-Continue to wrap in only partially overlapped circles. Apply the bandage with only enough tension to give the desired level of support. 4-Tear the bandage.5-Press the end of bandage to fix it to itself without tension.
