-Before using the crutch, it is essential to adjust its height. Stand up straight with your shoes on.
-Place the crutches under your arms and ensure that the top of the crutch is about 1-2 inches below your armpits.
-The handgrip should be at wrist level when your arms are hanging down by your sides. Adjust the height accordingly by loosening the adjustment knob or lever, moving it to the desired height, and then securing it back in place.
-Grip the handgrips firmly with both hands. Ensure that your wrists are straight and not bent while holding onto the grips.
