Open the bag by cutting it above the closure string.
-Arrange the bag upright with the base facing down. To keep the bag sterile, do not put your fingers inside or blow air.
-Pour the food into the opened bag on the label where you can write the information about the expressed milk. Be careful not to exceed the maximum capacity.
-Spread the top of the bag above the level of the milk to remove excess air and press the zipper closure.

- Precautions for use:
- Check the product before each use. At the first signs of damage or wear - discard.
- Frozen milk can be thawed overnight in the refrigerator, then gradually warmed in a bottle warmer or in hot water.
- Never thaw food in a microwave oven.
- Store freshly expressed milk at room temperature for up to 4 hours, in the refrigerator (+4°C) for up to 4 days, in the freezer (-20°C) for 3-6 months.
- Never refreeze previously thawed milk. Unused milk must be discarded.
