The package contains one pair of gel insoles to fit women's shoe sizes 6-10.

Separate the old left and right insoles. If your shoe insoles are removable, take them out and use them as a guide to trim the Dr.Scholl's insoles.
If it is not possible to remove the insoles, determine your shoe size at the bottom of the Dr.Scholl's insole.
Cut it with sharp scissors along the outside of the tracing line.
Place Dr.Scholl's insoles in your shoes with the dark fabric side up.
