A local antimicrobial vaginal tablet used for the treatment of bacterial and fungal infections in the vagina. It acts directly at the site of infection, helping restore healthy vaginal flora and reduce inflammation, discharge, and discomfort.
Indications:
- Bacterial vaginosis.
- Vaginal infections caused by Gardnerella vaginalis, Candida albicans, and anaerobic bacteria.
- Mixed vaginal infections (bacterial and fungal).
- Pre- and post-gynecological surgery or childbirth to reduce infection risk.
- Supportive therapy before diagnostic vaginal procedures.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Dequalinium Chloride 10 mg per vaginal tablet.
Precautions:
- For intravaginal use only (not for oral use).
- Contraindicated in women with known hypersensitivity to dequalinium chloride or any excipient.
- Not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy unless prescribed by a physician.
- Avoid use during menstruation, as it may reduce effectiveness.
- Discontinue if signs of irritation, burning, or allergic reaction occur.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Drug–Drug Interactions:

- Antibiotics taken orally may alter vaginal flora balance but do not significantly affect local action.
