Treatment of high blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular diseases, especially strokes and myocardial infarction.
Treatment of diabetic nephropathy in hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes, high blood creatinine and proteinuria.

Adults over 18 years of age The usual dose is one tablet daily for both high blood pressure and diabetic neuropathy.
