An inhalation solution that helps open the airways in the lungs, making breathing easier. It works by relaxing the muscles around the airways, allowing them to widen and improve airflow.

Indications:
- Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Management of asthma as an add-on therapy when inhaled corticosteroids alone are insufficient.
- Treatment of reversible airway obstruction due to bronchitis or emphysema.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Ipratropium Bromide.

Precautions:
- Use with caution in patients with urinary retention, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years without medical supervision.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Use with care in patients with known hypersensitivity to atropine or derivatives.

Side Effects:
- Dry mouth or throat irritation.
- Cough or nasal congestion.
- Headache or dizziness.
- Rarely, palpitations or gastrointestinal disturbances.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Concomitant use with other anticholinergic drugs (e.g., Tiotropium, Glycopyrrolate) may increase side effects such as dry mouth or urinary retention.
- Caution when used with other inhaled bronchodilators (e.g., Salbutamol, Formoterol) or systemic anticholinergics (e.g., Atropine) as additive effects may occur.

- Administer the contents of one vial (2 ml) via a nebulizer 3–4 times daily, or as directed by your physician.
