A medication used to treat high blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels through angiotensin-II receptor antagonism and calcium channel blockage, thereby lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow.
Indications:
- Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults.
- Reduces the risk of stroke, heart disease, and kidney complications associated with untreated hypertension.
Main Active Ingredients:
- Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg.
- Amlodipine Besilate 5 mg.
Precautions:
- Do not use if allergic to Olmesartan, Amlodipine, or any other ingredients.
- Not suitable for severe liver or kidney disease.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Inform your doctor if you have diabetes, heart problems, or electrolyte imbalances.
- Use with caution if taking potassium supplements, NSAIDs, lithium, or certain antibiotics and antifungals.

- Lithium, erythromycin, rifampicin, ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir, cyclosporin, tacrolimus.
- St. John’s Wort, grapefruit, or grapefruit juice.
- Colesevelam-containing medicines.
