Indications
- Treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, including pimples, blackheads, and whiteheads.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Adapalene.
- Clindamycin.

Precautions:
- Avoid application on broken, inflamed, or sunburned skin.
- Avoid contact with eyes, lips, nose, and mouth; rinse thoroughly if accidental contact occurs.
- Avoid sun exposure because it can increase sensitivity, use sun protection during treatment.
- Don't use during pregnancy,

Side Effects:
- Skin dryness, redness, or mild peeling.
- Occasional itching or burning sensation.

Drug–Drug Interactions:
- Benzoyl peroxide.
- Salicylic acid.
- Other topical retinoids or drying agents.

- Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly.
- Apply a thin layer of the gel once daily, use in the evening.
- Use only on intact skin.
- Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
- Continue use as prescribed, noting that improvement may take several weeks.
