This medication is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) designed to manage conditions such as erosive esophagitis and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It works by reducing stomach acid production, providing relief from heartburn and promoting healing of the esophagus.

Heals all grades of erosive esophagitis (EE).
Maintains healing of EE and prevents heartburn recurrence.

Main Ingredients & Their Benefits:
Dexlansoprazole (30 mg): A proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production, promoting healing of the esophagus and providing relief from heartburn.

Healing of EE: Take 60 mg once daily for up to 8 weeks.
Maintenance of healed EE: Take 30 mg once daily for up to 6 months.
For GERD-related heartburn: Take 30 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
Capsules can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole; do not chew or crush.
