A vaccine administered by injection to protect against diseases. The vaccine is intended for children, adolescents, and adults from 9 years of age and does not treat existing HPV infections.

Indications:
- Prevention of cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers associated with HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58.
- Prevention of anal cancers and pre-cancerous lesions associated with HPV.
- Prevention of genital warts in males and females caused by HPV types 6 and 11.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Human Papillomavirus Type 6 L1 protein 30 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 11 L1 protein 40 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 16 L1 protein 60 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 18 L1 protein 40 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 31 L1 protein 20 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 33 L1 protein 20 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 45 L1 protein 20 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 52 L1 protein 20 micrograms.
- Human Papillomavirus Type 58 L1 protein 20 micrograms.

Precautions:
- Do not administer if allergic to any of the active substances or other ingredients.
- Inform your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder or a weakened immune system.
- Delay vaccination in case of moderate or severe acute illness or high fever.
- Vaccination may not fully protect all recipients; continue appropriate preventive measures.
- Pregnant individuals should postpone vaccination until after pregnancy.

Side Effects:
- Pain, swelling, or redness at the injection site.
- Headache.
- Bruising or itching at the injection site.
- Fever.
- Tiredness or unusual fatigue.
- Dizziness.
- Nausea.
- Swollen glands (neck, armpit, or groin).
- Hives (urticaria).
- Fainting, sometimes accompanied by shaking or stiffening.
- Vomiting.
- Joint or muscle pain.
- Chills or generally feeling unwell.
- Lump (nodule) at the injection site.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Gardasil 9 can be co-administered with dTap, dT-IPV, or dTap-IPV vaccines at a separate injection site.
- Immunosuppressive medicines may reduce vaccine effectiveness.

- Gardasil 9 is administered intramuscularly, preferably into the deltoid area of the upper arm or the higher anterolateral thigh.
- For individuals 9–14 years old, a 2-dose schedule is recommended, with the second dose given 5–13 months after the first.
- If starting at 15 years or older, a 3-dose schedule is required: second dose 2 months after the first and third dose 6 months after the first.
- Shake the pre-filled syringe well before use and inspect the suspension for particulate matter or discoloration.
- Use the entire recommended dose.
