Precautions:
- Sit upright and rest for at least 5 minutes before measurement. Avoid meals, caffeine, or exercise immediately prior.
- Place cuff 2–3 cm above the elbow over bare skin, with tube aligned toward the artery.
- Do not use on injured or inflamed skin, or if you have a pacemaker—consult your doctor.
- Maintain regular cleaning of the cuff; ensure it's dry before storing.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place and remove batteries for long-term storage.

Side Effects:
- Temporary skin redness or mild discomfort at the cuff site, typically resolves quickly.
- Occasionally, cuff pressure may feel a bit tight, relaxation usually alleviates this.

- Insert the included AA batteries and power on the device.
- Wrap the cuff around your upper arm (2–3 cm above the elbow), aligning the tube correctly.
- Press START, the device automatically inflates and measures using Comfort Air Technology.
- View your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings, along with a color-coded indicator and arrhythmia alert (if detected).
