A prescription medication used to help control high blood pressure. It works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily and reducing the workload on the heart.

Indications:
- Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure) in adults.
- Used when blood pressure is not adequately controlled by either olmesartan medoxomil or amlodipine alone.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Olmesartan Medoxomil 20 mg .
- Amlodipine (as Amlodipine Besilate) 5 mg.

Precautions:
- Use only under medical supervision.
- Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Caution in patients with severe liver or kidney impairment.
- Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without consulting a doctor.
- Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication.

Side Effects:
- Dizziness or lightheadedness.
- Swelling of ankles or feet (edema).
- Headache or flushing.
- Fatigue or weakness.
- Allergic reactions such as rash or itching.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- May interact with lithium, increasing lithium toxicity.
- Caution when used with NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen, naproxen) as they may reduce its antihypertensive effect.
- Potassium supplements or potassium-sparing diuretics (e.g., spironolactone) may increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
- Simvastatin levels may increase when taken with amlodipine.
Concomitant use with grapefruit juice can enhance amlodipine effects and should be avoided.

- Take one tablet orally once daily, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
- Try to take it at the same time each day.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Excipients (core): microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone type A, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, lactose monohydrate. Excipients (film coat): Opadry II white/yellow/red (contains hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, and iron oxides depending on strength).
