-Break the tamper-proof seal, remove the protective cap, and attach the nozzle securely on the bottle.
-Bend your neck gently forward over a wash basin and tilt your head to one side.
-Insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press firmly.
