Indications:
- Treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension).
- Reduction of the risk of heart attack or stroke.
- Reduction or delay of worsening kidney problems, with or without diabetes.
- Treatment of heart failure.
- Post-heart attack treatment, especially if complicated by heart failure.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Ramipril 2.5 mg.
Precautions:
- Do not take if allergic to ramipril, other ACE inhibitors, or any ingredients.
- Avoid use in pregnancy after 3 months; consult a doctor before early pregnancy.
- Monitor kidney, liver, and heart function.
- Use caution if you have low blood pressure, fluid or salt loss, or collagen vascular disease.
- Children and adolescents under 18 years are not recommended to use Tritace.
- Inform your doctor of all medicines you are taking, including OTC and herbal products.
- Alcohol may enhance dizziness; avoid driving if affected.

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Increased risk of side effects with NSAIDs, chemotherapy, immunosuppressants, diuretics, potassium-increasing drugs, steroids, allopurinol, and procainamide.
- Blood sugar may be affected if used with insulin or oral antidiabetic medicines.
- Lithium levels may increase.
Ramipril, Hypromellose, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Stearyl Fumarate.
