An anticoagulant medication used to prevent and treat harmful blood clots in veins.

Indications:
- Treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in adults.
- Treatment of pulmonary embolism (PE) in adults.
- Reduce the risk of complications caused by deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Rivaroxaban.

Precautions:
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
- Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver impairment or increased bleeding risk.
- Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Side Effects:
- Bleeding events such as nosebleeds, gum bleeding, or gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Dizziness or headache.
- Nausea or abdominal discomfort.

Drug–Drug Interactions:
- Anticoagulants such as Warfarin, Heparin, Dabigatran, and Apixaban, which may increase the risk of bleeding.
- Antiplatelet agents such as Aspirin and Clopidogrel, which may increase the risk of bleeding.
- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Ibuprofen and Naproxen, which may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
- Strong CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein inhibitors such as Ketoconazole, Itraconazole, Ritonavir, and Clarithromycin, which may increase blood levels of Xavir.
- Strong CYP3A4 and P-glycoprotein inducers such as Rifampicin, Carbamazepine, Phenytoin, Phenobarbital, and St. John’s Wort, which may reduce the effectiveness of Xavir.
- Consult a healthcare professional before combining with other treatments.

- Take the tablet orally once daily, with food, exactly as prescribed by your physician.
- Swallow the tablet whole with water at the same time each day.
