• Load Your Medications: Place your insulin pens, vials, syringes, or other medications inside the USB-lid tube .

2. How to Use the Voyager Portable Fridge with Cold Packs :
The Voyager comes with a backup cooling function you can use when you don't have access to electricity. In that case, use the Biogel cold pack included in the package to transport your insulin and medicines refrigerated.
• Place the Biogel cold pack in your freezer for about 6-8 hours before use.
• Take the Biogel pack out of the freezer and submerge it in warm tap water for around 90-150 seconds to ensure the outer layer is not too cold and won’t freeze your medicine.
• Insert the prepared Biogel frozen pack along with your medications inside your mini-fridge.
• Close the cooler with the lid.

Cooling Performance with Cold Packs :
When used without power in off-grid travel situations, the Voyager portable refrigerator for insulin still offers you plenty of time to keep your meds refrigerated. It all depends on how hot it is outside.
• When the outside temperature is 86°F (30°C), it keeps your insulin and medicines refrigerated between 36-46°F (2-8°C) for 33 hours and cool below 80°F (26°C) for 52 hours.
• When the outside temperature is 95°F (35°C), it keeps your insulin and medicines refrigerated between 36-46°F (2-8°C) for 30 hours and cool below 80°F (26°C) for 48 hours.
