Effervescent granules provide fast relief from urinary discomfort and help support urinary tract health.

Indications:
- Relieves symptoms of urinary tract infections, including burning during urination, urgency, and frequent urination.
- Helps dissolve kidney and ureter stones.
- Alkalizes urine to relieve discomfort and support urinary health.
- Supports the management of cystitis.
- May help prevent recurrence of urinary tract infections.

Main Active Ingredients:
- Sodium Bicarbonate.
- Tartaric Acid.
- Anhydrous Citric Acid.
- Trisodium Citrate Anhydrous.

Precautions:
- Use under medical supervision if pregnant, breastfeeding, or in cases of kidney, liver, or heart conditions.
- Avoid prolonged use beyond 5 days without medical advice.
- Take after meals to reduce stomach upset.

Side Effects:
- Headache, diarrhea, nausea, or upset stomach.
- Rare hypersensitivity reactions: rash, itching, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing.
- Serious side effects may include high blood sodium, fluid retention, or muscle pain.


Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Lithium: Alkalinization of urine may reduce lithium excretion and increase lithium levels, raising the risk of toxicity.
- Certain Antibiotics (e.g., Ampicillin, Ciprofloxacin): Urinary alkalinization may reduce the effectiveness of some antibiotics that require acidic urine for optimal activity.
- Diuretics (e.g., Furosemide, Hydrochlorothiazide, Spironolactone, Bumetanide, Torsemide)or Other Sodium-Containing Drugs: May increase risk of fluid retention or electrolyte imbalance, especially in patients with heart failure or kidney disease.
- ACE inhibitors (e.g., enalapril, lisinopril) and ARBs (e.g., losartan, valsartan) potentially increase the risk of high blood pressure, fluid retention, or electrolyte imbalance.

- Dissolve 1–2 sachets in a glass of cold water and take up to 4 times daily, preferably after meals, or as directed by your doctor.
