Co-Diovan is an anti-hypertensive medication combining valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide, designed to effectively manage high blood pressure and reduce the risk of hypertension-related complications.

Main Ingredients & Their Benefits:
- Valsartan (160 mg): An angiotensin II receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels, helping to lower blood pressure.
- Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): A thiazide diuretic that reduces blood volume by increasing urine output, further aiding in blood pressure control.

- The recommended dose is 1 coated tablet per day, your doctor may increase the dose to reach the targeted blood pressure
- Take it with a full glass of water, preferably at the same time each day.
- Do not chew or crush the tablet.
- If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered unless it's close to the next dose.
- Do not double the dose.
