A medication prevents blood clots in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and treats deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism.

Indications:
- Preventing stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
- Treating deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE).
- Reducing the risk of recurrent DVT and PE.

Main Active Ingredient:
- Apixaban 2.5mg.

Precautions:
- Increased risk of bleeding, especially in patients with kidney problems or taking other medications that affect bleeding.
- Not recommended for patients with severe kidney disease or active pathological bleeding.
- Discontinue use if bleeding occurs.
- Monitor kidney function regularly.
