An intranasal antihistamine spray designed to provide rapid relief from allergic rhinitis symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion by blocking histamine receptors in the nasal mucosa.
Indications:
- Symptomatic treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever).
- Relief of perennial allergic rhinitis (year-round allergies).
- Effective in reducing sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose, and congestion caused by allergic triggers.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Levocabastine hydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL.
Precautions:
- For nasal use only; do not swallow or spray into eyes.
- Use with caution in patients with kidney impairment, as levocabastine is renally excreted.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years unless prescribed by a physician.
- Discontinue use and consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen after several days.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before use.
- Keep out of reach of children and store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

Drug-Drug Interactions:

- Adults and children ≥6 years: 2 sprays into each nostril twice daily (morning and evening).
- Maximum: 4 sprays per nostril per day.
- Blow the nose gently before spraying.
- Continue regular use during allergen exposure for best results.
