Main Ingredients & Their Benefits:
- Zylomitazolin hydrochloride (0.05%): a nasal decongestant that narrows blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and allowing easy air flow.
- Benzalkonium chloride (0.01%): a preservative that helps to keep the solution sterilized and prevent pollution.

Children 1 to 5 years: 1 to 2 drops in each nostril once or twice a day.
Children 6 to 11 years: 2 to 4 drops in each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
Do not exceed more than 3 applications in each nostril per day.
For best results, tilt the child’s head back slightly and administer the drops without touching the nozzle to the nostril.
Ensure the last application is given before bedtime for overnight relief.
