-For Toddlers & Children:

-Wipe your child’s nose before using the spray.
-Break the tamper-proof seal, remove the protective cap, and attach the nozzle.
-Tilt your child's head and insert the nozzle into the nostril parallel to the nasal septum.
-Press firmly to release the solution, then repeat in the other nostril.
-Allow the solution to work for a few seconds and clean the nose.

-For Babies:
-Wipe the baby’s nose before using.
-Break the tamper-proof seal, attach the nozzle, and place the baby on its back with the head turned to one side.
-Gently insert the nozzle into the opposite nostril and press down.
-Turn the baby’s head and repeat for the other nostril.
